GGPoker – official website

Poker room GGPoker – review of cash and MTT games, deposit and withdrawal methods.

GGPoker Bonuses

Since June 22, 2021, the poker room offers a first deposit bonus. The bonus is 100% up to $600. The bonus money goes to a special balance. You can unlock it by playing poker. For every $5 you pay in rake, you get $1 from the bonus. The minimum first deposit is only $5.

You get the bonus automatically after your deposit. If your first deposit is less than $600, you have 60 days to add more money. You can reach the maximum bonus of $600 this way.

You have 90 days to unlock the bonus money. If you try to withdraw money before that, you lose the rest of the bonus. The poker room has many special offers for active players. There are leaderboards and other promotions. You can find them on the poker room’s website and in the game client. Special offers for different poker games are shown at the top of each tab. You can also see them by clicking on the “My promo” button.

Loyalty Program

The Fish Buffet is a loyalty program with 8 levels. Each level has ranks inside. When you reach a new rank, you spin a wheel. The wheel gives you a random cash prize. You move up in ranks and levels by earning Fish Buffet Points. You get these points by playing poker and paying rake. On average, you get 100 points for every $1 you pay in rake. The exact number of points depends on many things. If you don’t earn enough points, you go down one rank. Your rewards will change too.

In 2021, the Black ranks with fixed rakeback were replaced by The Platinum ranks. There are five Platinum ranks. They give players from 20% to 60% rakeback every week.

Rake

Rake in cash games is taken using the “loser takes all” system. This means you only pay rake when you win the pot. You don’t get any rakeback from pots you win.

PVI stands for “Player Value Index”. It’s a number from 0 to 2. The poker room uses it to decide how much rake to charge. The better you are at poker, the lower your PVI. In Rush&Cash games, there is no rake if there are less than six players at the table.

Deposits and Withdrawals at GGPoker

The ways you can deposit and withdraw money at GGPoker depend on your country. Here are the most common methods as of April 1, 2024:

  • Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, and PoS), and USDC (ERC-20, PoS, and BEP20).
  • Cards: VISA and MasterCard.
  • Payment Systems: Skrill, NETELLER, and Luxon Pay.

You can usually withdraw money using the same methods you used to deposit. However, you can only withdraw to a cryptocurrency wallet if you have already made a deposit from that wallet. GGPoker also offers P2P transfers for all players. This means you can send money from your account to another player’s email address that is registered with GGPoker.

There are fees for withdrawing money. The fee is 3% for payment systems and 1% for cryptocurrencies. However, since June 12, 2023, there are no fees for withdrawals to bank cards and Luxon Pay.

What makes GGPoker different from other rooms

GGPoker stands out from other online poker rooms with its unique features and innovative approach to the game. Here are some key elements that set it apart:

Prop Bets:

Introduced in May 2023, Last Longer Prop Bets allow players to bet on outlasting others in any tournament format except Flip & Go. Players can only bet on themselves and must do so before the tournament starts, with only the first entry (excluding re-entries) counting towards the bet.

Staking Platform:

GGPoker provides a built-in staking platform where players can buy and sell shares of each other’s action directly in the lobby. The platform is commission-free, and buyers can cancel their purchase at any time. Sellers receive a dedicated PokerCraft backing page that showcases their poker achievements and allows them to link external resources like SharkScope for potential backers to review.

Bubble Protection:

Early birds who register for tournaments before they start are eligible for Bubble Protection. This feature refunds the buy-in with tournament money if the player is eliminated on the bubble. The number of players covered by Bubble Protection depends on the total number of participants in the tournament.

This feature is particularly beneficial for tournaments like Bounty Hunters, where reaching the money (ITM) may result in a payout smaller than the initial buy-in.

All-in Insurance:

Cash game players can protect themselves from bad beats with All-in Insurance. This feature is available when two players go all-in, and the main pot is at least 10 big blinds. The player with the best hand pre-flop can pay a fee to insure their hand. If they lose, the payout depends on the number of outs the underdog had, the removed outs, the pot odds, and the odds coefficient.

Run it Multiple Times:

In cash games, underdogs who go all-in can request to run the board multiple times. They can choose to Run It Once, Run It Twice, or Run It Three Times within five seconds of going all-in. Rake is only charged once, and this feature is not available if the opponent has used All-in Insurance.

Leaderboards and Promotions:

GGPoker constantly runs daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards where players compete for extra cash. Players earn points based on their performance in different game formats. For example, Spin & Gold points depend on the buy-in and finishing position, while Rush & Cash points are awarded based on actions taken during hands.

Spin & Gold Challenges:

Fans of Spin & Gold tournaments can participate in unique challenges to earn additional cashback. Players choose the duration and type of challenge, with rewards ranging from 12% to 54% cashback upon completion.

Additional Software on GGPoker

GGPoker takes a strong stance against third-party software that provides an unfair advantage. Using poker trackers like Hold’em Manager 2 (HM2) or Poker Tracker 4 (PT4) is not allowed. While running other poker rooms with trackers simultaneously may not cause issues, the trackers themselves will not function on GGPoker. According to a representative from the poker room, players may receive a warning in extreme cases, but they will not be banned for using HM2 or PT4.

The use of VPNs is also restricted. While you can use a VPN to access the GGPoker website, using one while playing is prohibited.

Official website GGPoker

To start your GGPoker journey, download the software from the official website and enjoy a generous cashback offer of up to 100%. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to play against Asian poker enthusiasts known for their loose playing style.
